What the feature does:
Brand new 'x10 AI' tab with two menu items:
Configuration menu item:
- We'll compare our curated library of the most common guest questions against your knowledge base, group them into topics, and recommend a mode for each one.
Knowledge Enrichment menu item:
- Customers can now boost their automation coverage by adding more information for specific topics. For those, we show customers which questions they can answer (either company-wide or property-specific). Those answers are then saved as snippets.
Once customers answer enough questions, they can run the assessment again on the Configuration menu item and get updated proactive recommendations on automation modes.
Why it matters:
We expect AI automation coverage to significantly increase for the select customers using this feature
